HighPoint’s RocketRAID 600 Series HBA’s are the Industry’s most affordable, SATA 6Gb/s performance RAID HBA’s, and are ideal for desktop PC’s and workstations. These industry leading SATA 6Gb/s host RAID controllers utilize a PCI- Express 2.0 host bus interface, HighPoint's Industry-proven Hardware-Assisted RAID engine, and support a wide-range of SATA storage configurations.

PCI-Express 2.0 Host Interface

RocketRAID 600 series HBA’s utilize a PCI-Express 2.0 host interface, and deliver a transfer bandwidth of 1000MB/s. All RocketRAID 600 series HBA’s are fully backwards compatible with PCI-Express 1.0 motherboards.

HighPoint Hardware Assisted RAID Solutions

For over 10 HighPoint’s Hardware- Assisted RAID technology has powered robust, high-performance storage solutions world-wide. RocketRAID 600 HBA’s support a variety of single disk and RAID configurations including RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, 50 and JBOD. HighPoint’s comprehensive RAID Storage Management suites are available for all major operating systems.

Compatible with Port Multiplier Storage Enclosures

Each RocketRAID 600 Series HBA’s directly supports up to 4 SATA devices, and up to 20 when used in conjunction with port multiplier storage devices. For maximum performance, attach SATA hard drives and SSD’s directly to the RocketRAID 600’s SATA and eSATA ports. To maximize storage capacity, use the RocketRAID 600 with port multiplier storage chassis and external disk enclosures.

Supports all Generations of SATA Hard Drives and SSD’s

RocketRAID 600 HBA’s support the industry’s latest 6Gb/s hard drives and SSD’s, while providing full backwards-compatibility with legacy SATA 1.5Gb/s or 3Gb/s devices. RocketRAID 600 series HBA’s utilize industry standard cables and connectors to simplify hardware installation and storage upgrade projects.
